Updated Shipping Policy

As of 20/09/24 all orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked for faster delivery, with most packages expected to arrive the day after dispatch.

  • Processing Time: Order are processed Monday - Friday and will be dispatched within 5 working days
  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive an email once your is shipping and you can track your order via our website
  • Shipping Timeline: Please allow us the full 5 working days for dispatch before contacting us. Preparation time can vary. Most deliveries will arrive within 1 working day following dispatch

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

You are welcome to cancel your order prior to notification of shipping. Simply email us Email: sales@gymate-pro.com and supply us with your order number and address. We will then check with our distributors to ensure your goods haven't been registered with Royal Mail. If your parcel has already been registered with Royal Mail we will be unable to cancel the order.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?  

Please make sure all details including product choice, colour and size are correct:

Once your order is placed it is immediately sent to our UK clothing distributor and placed in our production queue and we are unable to make any changes to your order once you have placed it.

We suggest you contact us immediately if there is a change to the order and we will do our best to help to find a resolution.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

If you need to make a change of delivery, simply email us at sales@gymate-pro.com quoting your order number and address and we will check with our distributors to ensure shipping has not yet been arranged. If your parcel has already been registered with Royal Mail we will be unable to change the address.

HOW IS DELIVERY MADE?

Once your parcel has been dispatched we will supply you with a Royal Mail tracking number where you can make minor changes with Royal Mail through the 'track and trace' feature to make alternative delivery and collection instructions.


Any orders left in a secure place will be photographed by Royal Mail and recorded online as proof of delivery. Any parcels returned to us by the courier may incur extra costs and charged to the customer and will be deducted from any refund due.
