Is Shipping FREE?
Yes. We provide free delivery on all orders to mainland UK. We will cover the cost of all orders, regardless of price.

As of 16/09/24 all orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked for faster delivery, with most packages expected to arrive the day after dispatch.
What payment methods do you take?
Payment is taken through a registered third party financial provider. We do not take card details or store these details. We have tried to ensure we accept all UK card providers along with the additional option of Paypal.
What do I need to know about sizes?
You will find in each product range a sizing guide for you to get the best out of our products.
We have included a UK size guide to help you find the best fit, but it is important to follow our guide to prevent un necessary returns.
Amending Orders and Returns
 

We suggest you contact us immediately if there is a change to the order and we will do our best to help. If there is a change to delivery, you can make a change with Royal Mail through the 'track and trace' feature.

However we will offer Free Returns in the form of store credit up to the value of £3.50 by reimbursing you the cost of your paid return parcel as a store voucher.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items and we strongly suggest you return via tracked delivery. Your refund will be for the purchase price only and you will receive store credit separately.

When will my delivery arrive?

We process orders between Monday and Friday

Please allow us the full 5 working days for dispatch before contacting us. Preparation time can vary. Most deliveries will arrive within 1 working day following dispatch

You can expect your package to arrive in 7 working days [although we aim for most deliveries within 5-7 working days]

Gymate-Pro uses Royal Mail 24 hours tracked for all its FREE Shipping delivery.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We are not responsible for any delays.

Are all orders and deliveries from the UK?
Yes. We are Welsh family run company and your purchase will be received direct to us in the UK. All stock is also supplied from the UK so there is no waiting for your delivery to come from abroad. Because of this, there are no import taxes and the price you pay is the final price.
How will I know if your item is out of stock?
We will endeavour to update our stock levels the best we can. In the event that we have overlooked the stock level we will let you know within 24 hours (Mon-Fri].
We will of course offer you the option of another colour or a full refund.
