Refund policy

We have a 30-day no-quibble* return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please ensure your order is returned back to our warehouse by the 30th day.

*Provided the return is made within the specified policy timeframe and conditions.

CAN I CANCEL/ AMEND MY ORDER?  

In MOST cases we are unable to cancel your order. Please make sure all details including product choice and size are correct:


Once your order is placed it is immediately sent to our UK clothing distributor and placed in our production queue and we are unable to make any changes to your order once you have placed it [see 'Shipping' details]




HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?




We will offer free returns in the form of store credit up to the value of £3.50 in the UK and £10.00 for International orders by reimbursing you the cost of your paid return parcel as a store voucher.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items and we strongly suggest you return via Royal Mail 48 hours tracked delivery. Your average return cost using this service is usually no more than £3.50.

Your refund will be for the original purchase price of your order only and you will receive store credit separately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@gymate-pro.com. Once we have approved your return we will supply you with email instructions on how to return your goods.

If your return is accepted, we will email you full instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not supply return labels and the customer will be responsible for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Please allow 5 - 7 working days after it has arrived at our warehouse for your refund / exchange to be dispatched.

All refunds will be paid to the original payment method.

We do not offer exchanges, your returned items will be refunded

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
